How to save caller’s details without bloating your contact book
Your Call allows you to save contacts locally, to the app, without saving them to your contact book. You’ll be able to log calls, add notes and tasks, schedule calendar events, send messages and make phone calls as if it were a contact, only without inflating your contact list.
How to add notes to contacts
Find the desired contact person through the Contacts screen or through your Call log. Tap the profile to go to the contact’s details screen. Now tap and add or edit notes. You can type notes, dictate notes to be transcribed or add voice recordings.

Just go to the Call log screen, find that call, tap it to go to the contact details screen, then add a task with a title such as “Call back”. Select a date and time to remind you and choose a full-screen alert. When the time comes, you’ll get a notification with the contact details of the person you need to call. One tap and you’re calling them.
Managing tasks and commitments
How to create a task
Go to the Tasks screen. Tap the Plus button to create a new task. You can write a title and a description for it, as well as set a priority level. You can then choose if you wish to set a reminder for yourself or not.
How to work with reminders for tasks
The most powerful feature in Tasks is the smart reminders. Go to Tasks and Tap the Plus button to create a new task. Set a date and time for a reminder and select whether you want this to be a standard system notification or a full-screen alert, which works pretty much as an alarm clock. When the time comes and the alert pops up on your screen, you can choose to snooze it, to reschedule the reminder or to simply mark this task as done.
How to link a task to a contact or a customer
You can link a task with one or more contact persons. This allows you to see the tasks in the contact person’s details screen. It also allows you to quickly dial or send a message to that person when the reminder for the task pops up. To link a task to a contact, simply go to the Contact’s details screen and create the task from there. Alternatively, go to the Tasks screen, Tap the Plus button to create a new task, and under “Related contacts” just add the person or persons you wish to link with the task.
How to view and manage your tasks
Go to the Tasks screen to view your tasks. By default, you’ll see tasks that are either due or overdue. You can tap any of the tasks to view and edit their details. Swipe a task right to mark it as done, right from the task list. If you wish to see tasks that don’t have a reminder, or that are already done, use the filter option on the top of the screen.
Calendar and Scheduling
How to connect your Calendar
tap the calendar icon to connect your Google calendar. Select the Google account you wish to link to Your Call and you’ll be able to view and manage your calendar within Your Call.
How to add events
Go to the Calendar screen and either long-tap a certain time of the day, or Tap the Plus button. Select the type of event you wish to create - a new task, an event such as blocking time to work on something, or a meeting. Then choose the title, description, date and time.
How to schedule a meeting with someone you spoke with
Use your Call log or WhatsApp log to find the conversation. tap on the person’s avatar to go to the contact details screen, now tap to add a new calendar event. Select “meeting” as the type of event. Now set a time and a date and tap to invite that person to the meeting.
How to invite contacts to meetings using WhatsApp
With Your Call, you don’t need to have your contact’s or customer’s email address to invite them to a meeting. Set up the meeting and if you don’t have the invitee’s email address, Your Call will allow you to invite them to the meeting with a clear WhatsApp message.
How to never forget a meeting
Do you sometimes forget to hop on online meetings in time? With Your Call you can set full-screen alerts to meetings. You can set it manually through the calendar for a specific meeting, or use the Settings to set it as a default for all meetings. When the time comes, you’ll get an alert on your screen, even with sound, pretty much like an incoming call. All you have to do is tap a button and you join the call. How convenient?
