5. How WhatsApp Integration Works
If you select the Limited Integration option:
- Your Call will be accessing your mobile device's notifications.
- The use the notifications access to read the timestamps of incoming WhatsApp messages and voice calls, which will be displayed Your Call.
- We will not access or store any other information.
If you select the Full Integration option:
- Your Call will launch an isolated server instance running WhatsApp web. This service is provided by a third party --GreenAPI -- and the server is located on a private cloud in the EU
- You'll be pairing the isolated server instance to your WhatsApp account.
- Your Call will have access to the server instance.
- Your Call will use this access only to log conversations and send messages to your contacts according to your settings.
6. Your Rights / Data Purging
You are in control of your data. You can:
- Request the permanent deletion of your data at any time. Once a request is made, we will purge all stored data from our systems promptly.
- Request to delete your entire account and any saved data associated with it.
- Access and review the data stored within the app to ensure accuracy and transparency.
